This could easily become your new favorite pizza and pasta place! It has become mine. Sure, you can hit pizza, pizza knock offs to pinch pennies, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! Whether you long for authentic, foldable NY style thin crust or thick Sicilian, Rick as the pie to satisfy that craving. Not in a pizza mood? No problem. Garaffa's has other delicious, homemade dishes and sandwiches as well. You have GOT to try this place!
This place has the best food! Fast and friendly service . Pizza sauce is homemade. The restaurant is nice and clean. The food here taste absolutely great. They have more toppings for pizza than you big chain names .highly recommended.
The pizza is awesome! We love going here. I wish the restaurant was bigger, we have to fight for a seat anytime we go which is a turn off. The pizza comes out within 15-20 min, its well worth the wait. They only have two ovens but they do the best they can. I wish we didn't have to get there the moment they opened to get a seat...but again its well worth the wait!
The pan pizza is normally under-cooked and whenever I go in there the employee's are arguing or saying something snobby to each-other. I normally order before going to the food store, they are normally great about getting the orders done on time. You can't expect much from a $5 pizza place, or can you?
The seating is old and out dated. The back of the restaurant smells like a dirty diaper. The pizza isn't to shabby right out of the oven, not a fan of it when delivered, its soggy and greasy. I hope the place turns around, we don't have to many pizza places around here that deliver. The service is ok, depending on who's in there working.
I answered a Craig's List Ad for a temporary gig at the Expo Center on Mother's Day, 05/08/2016 and worked all of the shift, even though a lot of servers were allowed to leave early. I am experienced in this line of work, however, I was not really happy with the Expo Center and the way the guests on the last seating (1:00 PM) were treated. They ran out of coffee cups. I was not allowed to give cups to the last seating and this is embarrassing for me. They served sliced watermelon to the guests who paid 36.00 per person. A lot of them were very agitated at us, the staff. I was also ridiculed by the permanent staff the entire time I worked here. (38 hours total in 3 months.)If you are not available at the drop of a hat, or you really need them to give you a little room to help them for a very long shift, they are not really professional at all over this. I had to turn down a gig for no more than I could not leave my cancer stricken pet for more than 11 hours, so they canned me.
New administration is very nice. Although they came about 10 days before but they are managing the restaurant well. The taste of food is far better than before and cleanliness is better than before.
I got the gyro platter yesterday. I was absolutely excellent. Moreover, when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile (I'm sorry to say I don't get that anywhere else here). It was very apparent by the food preparation they had a strong interest in serving the food to the best of their ability (which they did). I will be back.
Primo pizza is the best pizzeria ever
