I am very dissatisfied with this repair company. I ordered a repair on a maintenance agreement with Frigidaiire. Their repair technician was very nice and polite and diagnosed the issue in the way that the manufacturer indicated in the manual after speaking with the manufacturer. He said they would need to order ports. Then I got a call from the Electrolux Service Company saying that Rayotech could not order the part and we would have to go through the process with another company. Rayotech evidently has a bad relationship with the parts supplier and cannot get parts. If this is true they won't be in business very long.
I recently purchased a theater surround receiver.I was told it would work with my TV.After spending more than $800.00 The tech says it won't work with Direct TV.Now they want me to shell out another $300.00 to get another remote.Maybe some better product training is in order.What ever happened to customer satisfaction?
