DO NOT PURCHASE from this company. They will hustle you back and forth with lies about your order to stall you and never deliver. You will be treated with hostility. The man that runs the place seems to be very unstable. Tried being patient with him and kept getting a run around. Loads of excuses, no delivery of merchindise. I've been robbed by these people as well. Is there anything that can be done? A legal action taken against them to get restitution? It's just not right.
This place claims to put the customer first but from the beginning I was treated with hostility at this place simply for wondering where my product was. I spent $1,500 on a taser and yes I want to know where it is. I also was lied to about when it was supposedly sent out. I was told (and on recording mind you) that my package was sent out on Friday January 2. Mind you I paid for the bloody thing on 12/26/2014. That is an incredibly unnecessary time to wait. I was SWORN this up and down and brow beaten into accepting it. Then when I was told from UPS that the package had NOT been sent out on that day, I was shocked and worried. I was argued with several times by what seemed to be the owner about my concern for this package. He berated me and compared me to other supposedly better behaved customers. Then, to top it all off he avoids your calls when your calling about the product until his business hours are done and then he answers the phone or calls you back and among other things, informs you that he is calling you after business hours and you should be grateful. INCREDULOUS. Not to mention that I was what appeared to be threatened several times to just have my package refunded even though I informed the owner (Jay) that I was purchasing this item because my neighbor went crazy and tried to kill me. He knew this and he STILL THREATENED ME WITH A REFUND. He threatened me with the refund and threatened to have the package "sent back when it arrived in San Francisco". But the guy had it ON HIM WHILE HE WAS SAYING THAT. So what kinds of games do they play over there at jandjdefense ? Now I'm waiting for this package and to be honest I am not confident it will be what I ordered. Jay told me personally (and on recording mind you) that the package was sent out on the 2nd of January and that it would DEFINITELY be arriving by January 8th. LIES. It was sent out on the 6th and it's due on the 12th (a full 2 weeks after payment was accepted, and BELIEVE me it was trouble just getting THAT in) and I didn't appreciate his hostility at all. I hope I can at least update this post with a successful package delivered...And I also just found out that he lied to me about where it was sent out. He thought I couldn't figure out he has a drop ship location in Richardson, TX. I had to call UPS to find this out when they told me unequivocally that the package had been sent on January 6th, 2015 and it had been sent out from Richardson, Tx. NOT Maryland. This guy is disrespectful and I hope I AT LEAST get what I paid for. Still waiting....1/8/2015---------------------------------1/12/2015 9:50 A.M. (PST)I call the UPS store to check the status of my package and find out that the address had been mislabeled by the sender by 1 number. I was able to adjust the address for delivery JUST IN TIME BEFORE IT WAS SENT BACK.This place is starting to look like a scam house. I'm going to take a look at my package when it arrives and let you guys know what is inside and I will make a video of me doing it. If this guy is playing games I've got a good attorney.
