They are a big help. They have parts you need when you need them. Typically you don't have to order, they have the items in stock. I recently needed a Sears Dryer Heat element - I thought. They tested the part and found that the broken item was the thermostat circuit not the element. Others might hve just sold me the element and other parts. They sold me just what I needed, gave advice on how to replace. They are the ultimate old style mom and pop store. How refreashing!

I called to see if they had a part I needed before driving over to the store. They said they did not have it in stock but could get it from the warehouse and in the store in two days. They said they would call when the part came in. They never called and never indicated over the phone that this was a special order item and that returns were not allowed. I called myself after the time had passed to see if it was in and it was. After getting into the repair I was able to reuse the part I had and ended up not needing the new part. I went to the store to return the part and they informed me it could not be returned. I mentioned politely that I was never informed of this policy when I ordered the part over the phone. He said, What?!? You think I should have to tell everyone over the phone? in a very rude and obnoxious manner. Actually, yes, when people order parts over the phone you should tell them that it is special order and that it cannot be returned. Despite this and my remaining very polite giving, not giving him a hard time about not taking the return (thinking to myself I would sell on Ebay anyway) he made no apologies for not infoming a customer of the return policy or for a misunderstanding (even if it wasn t) , which was ALL I was looking for. This store is severely lacking in customer service and I will not be purchasing any more parts from them. The man (cannot say gentleman) was abrasive in all communications which I was willing to overlook until today. I will order online for all my future part needs instead of purchasing locally from this store or ANY other Trible s stores. To do so would only be an exercise in frustration. You would think in this economy small stores like this would do anything they can to keep a customer. Too bad.
