They are very helpful to you when you come in . They make sure everything is correct before leaving the shop . I've been coming to this Mr.Tire for years because they treat you WONDERFUL. LOVE Y'ALL& HAPPY NEW YEARS .

I purchased 4 over priced tires. Two days later I found out that it was buy 3 get 1 free, this was not disclosed at the time of the purchase, but I feel they thought they could get over on a women customer. When I contacted their corporate office, they actually laughed at me and berated me. When I stated I would contact better business bureau, the customer service rep., Chris Johnson, laughed again and stated he has to deal with them all of the time. That alone is a statement of how bad their customer service is. I later called to speak with his boss, Terri Heshman, who was just as rude, who claimed he agreed with Mr. Johnson, BBB is a useless bureau, but if I wanted to waste my time, feel free. Stay clear of this business!

If you're in need of a 4-wheel alignment, these guys do a great job. Very professional and reasonably priced. I can't say enough about the professionalism that the staff exemplified during the alignment of my car.
