I have used them twice before, and getting ready for the third. I highly recommend. They work efficiently, and the staff are cheerful and respectful.

Mr Snowden's movers pulled a loaded freezer across my hardwood floor, leaving a 4 foot long deep groove. Mr Snowden went through the motions as though he was going to repair the damage, assuring me everything would be fixed as it was before, even if it meant sanding and varnishing entire floor, but this turned out be a stalling action, and he never had any intention fixing the damage his team did to my floor. In the end, he offered $97 for repairs, when the lowest estimate i received started at $1,500. Hire this mover only if you care little about condition of your home and furnishings staying as they were before he shows up.

Absolutely the BEST moving service out there. Mr. Snowden gave a reasonable quote and very personable and professional. I love the fact that this is a family business and it showed in the quality of care and exceptional service. The movers showed up on time. I would especially like to give thanks to our movers: Brian, Daryl , and John. They introduced themselves and did an initial walk through. They started working promptly and I was absolutely amazed at their skill and endurance. In the time they began and until it was completed they worked nonstop. They were courteous and professional. They are awesome! I have used Snowden four times, and every time they've done an amazing job. This morning I called on an emergency basis for packers (I thought I could do it with family - too much stuff...) and Mr. Snowden himself answered the phone and helped me out! Fast, professional, courteous and nothing broken. Ever. They moved me into this monster house eight years ago, and the are now moving me out. Trust me, the old saying "You get what you pay for" is certainly true here. Worth every dime. Last time I used them, the guys were funny the entire day. Good stuff.
