This place is fantastic! My computer stopped working and I thought I had lost all my family pictures and important legal documents but they fixed my computer and recovered all my data in no time at all.

Awesome. I don't get the horrible experience posts. I have used this shop the several times and found the staff to be both helpful and informative. I knew what I was paying and there were no hidden fees. They fixed my stuff. I took em donuts!

My hubby has used CES several times to repair or rebuild his various PCs and has seemed satisfied with their work and the timeline.




i can't believe this kind of place stays in business. i took my laptop there, with a broken screen for a repair, and the first charged a $75 diagnostic fee, for a problem that i could even tell them. they kept it for almost a week to tell me that they can't fix it. when i picked it up they charged me hundreds of dollars more they told me it is an electrical issue and they cannot fix it. funny thing though i took the laptop to this butler company and they had it fixed and out the door within just 10 minutes and charged me $20.

Took my money did an ok job

I didn't really like the look of this place or the staff. CES got the work done, but at a high price. I don't like spending a lot of money with the economy the way it is. My computer left with scratches on it, and did seem a little more beat up than usual. I tried letting them know that I just lost my job, and money was tight, didn't seem to care much, and they're not very personal with their services.

This place is horrible. I have never been treated with such disrespect by anyone. I hate being talked down to like a child, and they treated me like I knew nothing about computers. You go to someone for help, and they're suppose to understand your issue, relate, and reach out to help, but I got made an example of. They're customer service is the worse I've seen in years. Not only did I have to pay a high diagnostic fee, I had to listen to their reasons why I had to pay around $300 for a so called repair that lead to nothing. I highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. After I picked up my computer and talked the price over with one of the employees, I left in tears. Even when I took the computer home, it was still infected, and it seemed like nothing was done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!



Worst service I've ever had

I brought my computer there a couple months ago and was extremly unhappy, but when I found that a friend went through this like I did, I had to write something. What first seemed like a happy computer shop turned into a nightmare. I brought my computer in knowing that I'd have to pay a $75 dollar diagnostic fee, but I didn't know that they'd add to that price. $75 dollars just to look at a PC, that's just insane. When I called for updates on the computer, I was put on hold for over 10 minutes, and when I finally got someone, they just told me they'd call me when they have an update, or look at their site to see the status... um my computer is there. So after about two weeks of waiting, I got my computer back and paid over $250 in service fees for 'virus removal.' I didn't get a virus removal, I didn't get what I asked or paid for. I don't care where else you go (other than Geek Squad) just stay clear from CES.
