I just got back from Visionworks in Frederick and would like to say this was the BEST eye exam, eye glass fitting and eyeglass selections - eve !!! Nicole greeted me as soon as I walked in, Stacey was just incredible helping me pick the right pair and Dr. Arthur was just exceptional. I cannot say enough good things about this Visionworks!

I have gone to this location for 11 years and continued when it was change from Hour Eyes to Vision Works. On 7/17/ 15 my son and I visited to purchase glasses as he was going away for college. Upon entering the store I was not once greeted or acknowledge as a customer. Typically, a normal greeting is "Hi, someone will be with you." My son and I browsed until we found the two frames we wanted to purchase and waited patiently for a Sale's Rep. After a Sale's Rep became available, she turned around and ask another rep who is next. The other sales rep looked around and said "that lady is next." I then said excuse I'm next and I've been here for 15 minutes waiting. In response, she stated that she is a patient and patients has priority over other customers. I was blown away by that remark, and not to make an spectacle of myself I turned around and left. All I can say is wow!!! I will never shop there again and will definitely be calling corporate office.
They are nice until there is an issue. When the issue occurs it feels as though the whole office is against you, and no matter what you say it will never be their fault. They are horrible at customer service when it comes to an issue. The ladies at the front will huff and puff like you inconvenienced them. They also display disinterest in the fact that you are currently upset and they instantly fly off the handle. They will also go into a full on arguement with you. When you talk to the doctor/business owner he will somewhat help, but he will make it seem like he has done you a favor and that they have done nothing wrong. I will be reporting them to the BBB and The Maryland Board of Ophthalmology for how poorly I was treated there. If I could give no rating at all I would.
