Be very weary of any business associated with Joe Parsley. He shows no remorse over selling a faulty car to a family and leaving two mothers and a baby girl on the side of the I-70. He sold me a car from his shell station. After two weeks, I had to replace the entire engine because he put stop leak in the system, to quickly sell it to my unsuspecting family. The car had to be taken to a specialist shop. The owners were flabbergasted at how poorly the car was maintained, with many loose bolts and various safety issues. This man only cares about the money in his pocket and will have no regard for your well being in any negotiations, whether he leaves you and your child stranded on the side of the road, or scratches your car at his carwash (see additional 1* reviews on Facebook).
I was just the Exxon station and the gentleman working there was a real jerk. No customer service skills at all. I work retail and I would never treat a customer the way he treated me. I went in to buy cigarettes and the Mark10 refill cartridges. I told the guy that it would be two separate purchases. He rang me up for the cigarettes, in the meantime I had gotten out coupons I had for the Mark10 cartridges. He completed my sale and put my receipt with my cigarettes and said thank you. I looked at him and said I want to buy those too. He said we don't take coupons. I said you don't and he just shook his head at me. It's completely fine that they don't take coupons, but he could've told me that right after I pulled them out, not right before I thought I was going to buy them. He was just so rude about it. I will NEVER ever go there again, not even for gas! Not a good experience for me at all. We just moved to the area and it was my first time going there...will also be my last time.
