If you want a "better" product (in my recent experience, 5/4 decking boards or pine straw) this is the place to visit. A place can always get busy, but I've always had a good experience here when I needed assistance. People there actually know enough about their products to help - more than just reading to you what the package you just got finished reading says. They don't have the acreage under roof that some of the big box stores have, or the multitude of different products; however, I'd say they also carry a lot less junk-y stuff you don't need anyway. So, if you are looking for service, and quality or hard-to-find hardware items, this is the place for you.
We love this store! It's a great place for just about any need! Even if they sometimes don't have what we need, they go to great lengths to get it and to be of service. They were even able to get me a snow "disc" for sledding in September! Great people.
