Dr.Nyquist is amazing. I can't say the say about the therapist who charged me $100 after I missed an appointment because I was in a car wreck, my car was totaled and I had a concussion. So now on top of ER bills I can't pay, I'm short $100 I never had to begin with, what a compassionate staff.

At the Franklin Chrysler dodge jeep ram my cousin Linda was treated like dirt....her alternator had gone out on her car so she had to stay in a motel overnight til the dealer opened up Monday morning. Then they told her it would take two days to get a new alternator made by Mopar. I called autozone and they had one in stock which was less than a mile away...so...the people at autozone delivered the alternator to the dealer as they didn't have time to pic it up until after lunch. After installation they billed her 165 dollars for installation when she already had purchased a complete service contract for her car on all electrics in the car. Also the dealer failed to inform her of the recall of the alternator in this car and had none in stock whatsoever. What the service director (Bill Lowman) tried to do was to make her buy a new car. Note her car is a 2012 with only 38k on it. He tried to make her life miserable as she tried to get back home to Michigan from Florida.
Had a great visit. Dr Nyquist is very thorough and knowledgable. I felt like he really cared about me as a person, not just another patient. Thank you!
I would advise against going to this facility. I was not helped really at all. When I saw Dr. Nyquist or one of his NP we did not discuss much at all about the problems I dealt with. Mostly, it was just the medicine's working fine and get a refill. If that's the norm, fine, but please don't charge $65 for me to tell you everything's still the same. I would sometimes call with a question regarding my medication and they would tell me they'd leave a message with the doctor or NP and call me back. I don't think I ever received a call back, at least I was the one usually calling back to check in. And today I was told they could no longer see me because I'm not compliant with my medication. I did not even get to hear this from who I met with. I don't want this to be sour grapes; I feel there must be better psychiatrists in this area.
