        Beautiful apartments and below par maintenance. Almost every door and window has a draft and no amount of heat shrinking sealing is doing any good. People leave the trash out on the weekends when there is no valet trash pickup and no action taken by the management. Not to mention the trash stinks when left out in the summer for 2 days.
