Pure Life Massage & Wellness

I purchased a group on for a massage. DO NOT MAKE THIS MISTAKE!!! I bought it mid February. Then I was able to speak to someone and was told there was no availability in the evenings or weekends for 6 weeks. I was told to "call back on a few weeks when I have the therapists schedule".



When I had to reschedule the April 30th, I left a message 2 days earlier than the appointment. No one ever bothered to call me back afte to left a voice message. I called again the next day and happened to catch someone who said "I don't see your appointment so that means someone took it off the books".



When I asked I reschedule, I was told I had to call the following Monday at the receptionist should be in and help me. That was almost 2 weeks ago and have yet to hear form them after MULTIPLE voice messages left.



The customer service is non-existent in this business. If this is the way they treat people, they do not belong in business. Take your business elsewhere!

So glad we found these guys. They use natural fertilizers and weed killers. Our dogs had reactions to our lawn in Georgia, but haven't had any issues sine using Pure Turf.

I don't know how that girl kept time, but I know I got just over an hour. I saw the clock before the male therapist got started and got the best massage I've had in years. He found knots I didn't even knew I had.



Not the prettiest place in town, but they are not a spa. Even says "Clinic" on their sign.

The location was nice (away from the mall ) and the people were friendly. The young lady that did my massage was great and her efforts were productive on my lower back. The neck and scalp portion was very relaxing ! Great service,good location and a reasonable price.

This was my first massage. My girlfriend has gotten several and bought a groupon for me. I was excited up until I got there. The building was old and worn down. I was not met with a relaxing environment.



I went in and was taken back to my room. I was asked exactly what I wanted and what needed the most attention. I gave specifics on what was tight and what needed a lot of pressure....my neck, shoulders and mid back.



The young lady proceeded to massage my back for 8 mins only. This poor young lady had the grip of a five year old. She barley put enough pressure on my back to feel anything. I kept telling her not to worry about hurting me and to apply more pressure. After the 8 minutes back massage, she put a thick towel on my back and some hot stones on top of it. I could barley feel the stones heat. I asked her if she was coming back to my back and neck with more pressure later. She just said she needed to get to the rest of my body.



She proceeded to massage my legs and feet. I flipped over and she went to my arms and fingers. She spent more time on my forearms and hands than she did my back. And my arms and hands didn't need massaging!! What was supposed to be an hour massage turned out to only be 43 minutes, and only 8 was spent on the areas I specifically said to focus on.



During the massage, I kept hearing a man out in the lobby arguing with the other female worker. The front door kept slamming and people were stomping around. It was just not a good environment to relax.



I was very disappointed with the massage. My girlfriend was very upset as well as she had bought it for me and knew how many knots I had in my neck, shoulders, and back. She was very let down.



I will never go back to Pure Life Massage and encourage you to not go as well.
