Jason's Deli is all about the salad bar! They have so many good selections. If you go at lunch time it's very crowded but they always have someone restocking the salad bar.
LOVE LOVE the salad bar--lots of good choices--great variety. Sandwiches are good, too. They don't rush you! No waiting at lunch easy to get in and out!

I went on a Sunday with my gf. It was awesome! The line was long, since it was lunch on right after church, but we went through it quickly. I had the Philly and I was blown away by how good it was! The gf got a wrap and it was ok., but the Philly was marvelous! The sandwich filled me up as well. It takes a lot to satisfy my hunger. I couldn't even think about starting on the parfait I got with it. The price was right too. The Philly was under $7. Add a drink, and your riding around $10 for a great meal. They don't skimp on the meat either!

Avoid the catering/delivery service for the Franklin Jason's Deli location ... although the food is fine (if it arrives) and the online ordering is quite convenient, I have yet to receive a catering order that was accurate. Today was my third - and last - experience with this Jason's deli location.
I work for a large company in the Cool Springs area; my department usually has in-office lunch meetings once or twice a week. Jason's is BY FAR the worst for service. For example, when I called today to request that the part of the order that was forgotten be delivered, I was told ""we'll send it when we have someone available."" I received an incorrect order with a side of attitude for a mere $190.00 ... tasty!
Perhaps the service when dining inside the Deli is better, but for me, the food is not nearly good enough to outshine the continual poor service and less than friendly attitude of the staff I have spoken with ... the delivery persons are the only exception - they have been quite courteous; unfortunately, they can't help me when the order is wrong from the store.
I recommend you avoid Jason's Deli if you have any desire whatsoever for a correct order from friendly staff.

I've eaten at this deli a number of times and the food is good but each time I place an order the young lady behind the counter isn't remotely nice. The last time I was here the young lady even checked her text messages while I decided what to order. I understand we all have bad days, but they all seem to be bad for some of the staff at this location. I would recommend this place for the food not so much the service which is the reason I only gave it 4 stars.
