I would not recommend

It was unfortunate someone keyed our new car.
I had taken a car to Hazelwood's prior with a good experience so I took our new car back there.

They fixed the scratch in the door, in the process chipped the paint on the inside of the door, scuffed the plastic on the fender guard buffing the paint I assume and the molding was not on correctly not to mention the car was covered inside in dust when we went to pick up the car.
The scratch was fine but the condition of the car when we picked it up was just a lack of attention to details and the owner stated well since I see it I know you are right, so we will fix it to imply that if he had not been looking at it he would not have done anything.
They fixed the molding and the scratches they caused, it took me 2.5 hours to clean the car after wards.
Just not acceptable. I will never go back there and can not recommend them. I hope for them they find the words Service to go back into their business, as they seemed to just get it in and out with no attention to details.

The only place I will go to have repairs...

Hazelwood's body shop is the only body shop I have ever used, and will ever use. Everyone there is friendly, down to earth, and are willing to listen to your needs. and the turn around time is generally fast. I've had everything done to having new headlights installed, new fenders put on, car window installation, and reupholstery done, and I'm satisfied with every bit of it. I also had my window busted out, and of course I still find a piece of glass here or there, but it was EVERYWHERE! and I've yet to be cut by any, so I""m satisfied!! I highly recommend anyone and everyone to Lonnie and his crew...

Excellent Service

I was referred to Hazelwoods by State Farm also. One word to State Farm that you are not satisfied...State Farm will fix it. That being said, why does a COWARD put a bad comment here and not talk to either State Farm or Hazelwoods...because they are a COWARD. Griping about glass in a vehicle when a million pieces go into it....wow....that's awesome. Even the most meticulous cleanings won't get every piece. You will be finding glass till you get rid of the vehicle. Now for my experience...which was my first. They have ME in mind...helped ME make the right decisions...and performed the BEST work for ME. They are top knotch and I will sent friends to see them. I am very happy with the job they did...Awesome.

I had a wreck, not my fault, so was taking it to Hazelwood's b/c they were on my insurance company's list (meaning it's easier if you use them b/c then an adjuster does not have to come look at your car). They had to repaint parts of my car and they were supposed to thoroughly vacuum all the glass out (they charged $50 for the vacuum job). Also, the car was supposed to be washed. It was dirty, except for the area they repaired. 2 knicks in the paint job that were easily visible. After getting it home I found a piece of glass the size of a 2 karat diamond in the back seat and 2 more pieces on the floor mat. They told me one price (I had to pay my $500 deductible only), but when I spoke to my insurance agent, they said Hazelwood's actually charged them about $1,100 higher than what was quoted to me (which they paid). Maybe they do a better job if you (the customer) are actually paying them, but if it's an insurance company who doesn't argue with them, they just get as much as possible, and do as little as possible. It all seemed like a big scam to me. Another customer was complaining about her car when I dropped mine off, and I thought she was just a complainer, but some of the same things she complained about are the same problems I had with them. And if you don't like cigarette smoke in your car, you better let them know up front. Mine reaked.

Positive Experience for Car Repair

My car issue was not accident related yet the friendly professionals, including the owner, made time to solve my problem in a short amount of time. When I asked for long-term options I might consider in the future, they promptly gave me honest quotes and turnaround times. That was very helpful since my time away from work is very limited. I was seaching for an honest, reliable business and this is it.
