Grassland Plumbing

Today a man driving a Grassland Plumbing van almost ran me off the road on I-440 in Nashville. When I called the business number and asked to speak to the Manager or Owner the man that had answered told me that he was the man driving the Van.. then he called me a "Lesbian Bi#*h" and told me to "F*#k off".

I recently had issues with a kitchen drain clog. I tried some DIY measures but couldn't get anything to work, so started calling some plumbers in the Nashville/Franklin area. Grassland Plumbing gave me the best quote (one company came in at double Grassland's estimate, while another refused to even give me a quote until they had worked on it) and could help me out the quickest, so I decided to give them a try. Glad I did! Joshua was able to come out the afternoon I called, arrived when he said he would, and was very knowledgeable in all things plumbing. Turns out it wasn't a clog but a vent on the pipe had gone bad and was restricting air flow/not allowing the water to drain. Joshua figured this out extremely quickly (no trial and error for hours) which saved time and money. It was obvious he gave priority to quickly resolving the problem and to customer satisfaction, as opposed to running up the bill and making as much money as he could on this service call. I will now trust Grassland with all my future plumbing needs for this very reason! Honest work, timely service, and reasonable rates
