        Overall

        We have been with Farmers and John for years for auto and home. John is so personable, helpful and knowledgeable. He and his office manager are very quick to get back to you and resolve any questions. I would definitely recommend him. I am also very pleased with Farmers as a whole. I get very friendly, quick assistance anytime I have needed to speak with someone outside of my agent's hours. When I was hit by an uninsured driver the claims rep was very helpful and thorough. She was able to fix my car with no cost to me and made a traumatic experience much less stressful.
