Coolsprings Car Wash

Lost 2.50 in stall #1 today. 2 other people said they lost money on the same #1 stall. There was no one around. The phone number listed does not answer. The email address on the machine does not work.

Lost $5.75 in quarters, no water from nozzle. No answer when telephoned at (615) 794-9955. I've been robbed.

Mailed a letter to the address listed asking for a refund of $5.75, got a check in the mail today. Thanks!

I just got charged $36 for a $9 car wash. I did push the wash selection right after swiping my card but the machine kept counting higher and higher. I tried calling the phone number listed with no answer and no way to leave a message. I really need them to refund me! I like coming to this wash, but I won't come back if it charges me this much.

Just stole $9. The auto-wash machine never turned on. And I am not the only person who this has happened to. If you read the google reviews, apparently this happens a lot. These people have stolen lots of money. They should be shut down.



There is no number to call. The place looks like a dump. I am very disappointed. If owner reads this, please fix your machines.

I recently used their automatic car wash and was charged $36.00 instead of $9.00 to my credit card. I have attempted to call the company several times and there has been no answer or no way to leave a message. I'm going to continue to contact this company and will update and change my review if I hear from them.

UPDATE: The company did credit my account for the difference. So, I will change my one star to a three star.

A modern touchless car wash. Exactly what I needed for my sports car. The car was very dirty from the bad weather and the spray system did a super job with out touching my car. The super option is just $9. A real bargain!
