I can’t get in touch with the service department to schedule an appointment. I leave a voicemail and no one calls me back. I call the parts department and they transfer me over to the service department just to be hung up on. I call the operator to transfer me to the service department only to be hung up on again. This is by far the worst dealership I’ve been to and I’m ashamed I bought my car from them brand new. I keep having the same issues break with my 2016 fit and they say they “fixed the problem” and a couple months pass and I have the same issues. Their customer service is very low. They interrupt you and transfer you before you can finish your sentence. They seem annoyed at all times. All I want is my car to work properly. I shouldn’t have so many reoccurring issues. It should be a one time fix especially for a car that’s two years old and has had only one owner in it’s life span that only takes it to the dealership to get everything done including new tires. Each time it breaks they tell me not to be so hard on my car. It’s a fit! I only drive it to work and back. I’m two miles from my work. There is no driving it hard in the city. I’m so over them and blaming me for any issues that come up with the car.
I had a flat tire while visiting Nashville on I-65. I was close to Walker Chevrolet and they gave me a price. I am sure it was fair but out of my range. TJ worked with me to get me a coupon and matched my dealership back home. That is how you treat people!
I have brought my car here for basic service for the past 5 years and have never had one problem. I appreciate that they have someone to drop me off at my job if needed.
Love my new Equinox. Worked out details over the phone. I showed up, test drove vehicle and signed paperwork in less than 90 minutes.
My transmission went out on my 2014 Traverse but I was out of warranty by 300 miles. I was ready to run it into a wall but Chris spent hours on the phone with Chevrolet and they paid for half of it. I give Chevrolet a B- but Walker an A+.
I normally go to Freeland Chevrolet. However, those days are long gone. The Used car manager Rob came out and you could tell he was not a salesman. He was just meek and helpful. They gave me a very fair deal and we both won.
My brother lives in Franklin and I was down visiting for the holidays. I stopped by during the last week of the year and just couldn't pass on the deal. So I drive my new Colorado back to Indiana.
I always have my car serviced here. They have a great waiting room and service is always really fast and efficient.
The people at Walker came through for me AGAIN !!! I just purchased my 2nd vehicle here and this is the first dealership that gave me a fair value for my trade. Very happy I have no negative equity.
I never write reviews, ever. I just figure it won't matter. I hope this one does.I'll be completely honest about my situation. i had a second tear credit score, had just totaled my 7 month old Rav4. 2 weeks after that i replaced it with a Rav4 adventure. I bought it from cool springs toyota, like i had my 4 previous cars. being in a crash that totals your car leaves you desperate, and vulnerable. I went and bought the same car that saved my life.... not a bad choice, except for the fact that my wife and I have decided we need something bigger to tow a trailer. Now, all of this,.... My fault ! To make a long story short, toyota sent me to their sister store (dodge - Jeep), just down the road that is owned by the same man, George Girjel, who was actually the one who asked the finance manager MICHAEL SLATE, to do his best to take care of us.excited, because I've always secretly wanted a dodge ram 1500, i went. I was met there by Michael, and a salesman. they ran the numbers, came back way to high. i guess my score had changed in a week and i went from below 5%, to over 9% interest rate. Obviously, thats a high payment. One, i was unwilling to pay.they came back again, literally 28 dollars a month from our goal payment. that might not sound like much, but in this situation, it was.so, i walked away.the next day i was texted by Michael asking if we could speak via text, i said yes. what started out as him saying, if you change your mind, let me know. to, just give me the 28.00 and come pick up your dodge ram. I was hurt, and insulted. He apologized, promised to first thing in the morning work on the bank to get our desired payment. after multiple attempts to text, and even call..... no response.now, short of a family emergency, he could at least have someone, anyone call me, text me and give me a heads up. another wasted day feeling belittled, unimportant, and disregarded.
