Called to schedule an appointment to take my IMac in for repair. After wasting my time trying to diagnose via phone ( wasted time because I informed the tech I had already talked with Apple Support online) my call was miraculously disconnected. Drove 50 minutes to the store only to be turned away because I didn't have an appointment. When I asked if I could leave the unit for repair, I was informed that they don't do that because they can't guarantee I'll get my Mac back.If they don't trust their own team, why should I? I'll be taking my business to a trustworthy merchant.
knowing you are getting a device from best buy means that you are having their support with any issue that may or may not arise! I recommend this place!
When I arrived at the store I felt as though someone could have greeted me at the front of the store, however I had to approach 2 employees who were chatting at the rear of the store. I did make a appointment and apparently I got stuck with the only "genius bar" employee that has never dealt with a costumer who don't know everything about Apple products. I felt as if Nick talked down to me, i felt he was inpatient and did not inform me like I needed to b informed. I told Nick I didn't know anything about this phone but yet he acted as if I was an idiot. I don't appreciate the way he made me feel and I don't approve of the way he handled this occasion. At my job I deal with several customers on a daily basis who don't know or have been mis informed, however i would never make them feel dumb like I felt today. After all my customers pay my paycheck! I spoke to 3 employees total during my visit, out of those 3, 2 of them talked to me in ways i would not approve of. I realize they "know it all" about apple products but they should be proud to inform others and share their knowledge. I drove over an hour to make this appointment, I was not seen at time of appointment but never complained about that, even tho i had my 1 year old in tow. However I believe if I have to make another trip to Apple for any reason I will drive to the next location before I deal with the disrespect I felt today.
If you go there stay away from Amy. She is a horribe assoicate. She got an attitude with me when i asked her to help me find something. When i orignal walked in she was sitting down playing with her phone. She did not acknoledge that i was there at all at first. The guy standing next to her. I believe someone called him JC was almost as bad. He told me that he was not suppose to help me. Who tells that to a customer. The worst customer service of my life. IF i return to that store I will refuse to have either one of them help me!!!!!
