Dear Jesse, We apologize you had a negative experience with us. You mentioned the Portable Pedicure Tub you purchased from us was defective and took too long to drain. You said it took 40 minutes to drain, which it does not, we tested it. Here is our side of the story: We tried to work with Jesse on replacing the tub but he said he preferred to be refunded. But, that is not our return policy, which is clearly posted on our website and on the invoice which he signed when he made the purchase. So, we asked him to send the tub back so we could find out exactly what Jesse was talking about and if in fact it was a defective unit, we would be happy to replace it with a brand new unit. He did return the tub and we tried it out to see what the problem was. We took a video of us testing it out. We examined the tub and could not find any problems. The current status is that he returned the tub but will not return our calls to figure out the next steps. We have left him numerous voicemails asking him to call back and to have a conference call with us to figure out this matter, but we have heard nothing. He also received a free pedicure cart with his purchase, which has a value of $199, which has not been returned. Please watch the video so you can see that the tub is working just fine.
A total scam. There is no real store. Warehouse with telephone group. They don't back their product. Sell junk. Speak broken English and don't call back promptly. Claim to have products on TV. YouTube video of pedicure isn't what you get. Immoral business dealings. Owner doesn't talk to customers. Worker states she is not sure if Kevin us the owners real name or if he is American citizen or not. He was in building but will only let you leave voicemail.
