Since installation Heat Pump had issues of leaking and compressor abnormal noise. After 7 years the unit failed to operate. I suspected the compressor failed. Contacted Marshall Mechanical explained the issue, the owner Eric Marshall came out the same day and confirmed the compressor had failed. Even though the warrantee had expired offered to replace the unit at no cost. Additionally, offered to bring out a window A/C unit due to the above normal hot weather. The new unit was replaced the following day and is working satisfactory. Two weeks later it was believed condensation from the incoming refrigerant line was causing an exterior wall to become wet. Contacted the office, technician arrived the following day, through troubleshooting discovered a supply water line had developed a pin hole. This was unrelated to the newly installed unit. Since a plumber wasn’t available Technician went above and beyond to make a repair. Even though the initially installed unit had problems which can happen with any piece of equipment Marshall Mechanical stood behind it and took care of the issue as expected.

Absolutely terrible! Installed a brand new evaporator coil less than a year ago and it is leaking extremely bad into the house! They refuse to warranty their work! No wonder why! Avoid at all cost!! $900 in labor alone to fix their awful work!

Technician came out and before he even looked at the water heater already diagnosed with bad element. But I had already checked the elements the day before he arrived. I had even told them when I called that it was the pressure valve. Technician then says "Our labor rate is $99 per hour, you could probably do this yourself rather then pay a couple hours of labor" I said for them to do it. He says part should be on shelf at office and that he would call me right back. 28 hours later I finally call the office to find out what is going on. Technician didn't relay any of the info. Spoke with owner and said he would call me back after speaking with technician. While waiting I called another company. They came around an hour later and fixed the problem and for less money even after Marshall Mechanical owner gave $70 credit from previous mishap with same technician.

This is just the latest incident of many. This is how they treat a customer that spent $16,730 with them 2 years ago.
