Good job on nails and listen to what you want done. When you ask a wait time they say not long. You may be there 45-1hr later. They want your money so why would they be honest?! But... Clean and sanitized is a different story. The hardwood floors are half assed swept. Moped only when needed.
After someone is finished with a pedicure they never fully sanitize the tub (if someone has a foot fungus this is a great way to spread/catch it).
Eyebrows... The towel you lay your head on... Is NOT changed for every customer like it should be. Next time you go to lay down look at all the hair on it from previous customers (good way to spread/catch lice! But they don't care!! Also the wooden stick used to apply wax is also used on mulitpe customers. When you have a business and your trying to keep customers.. Keep it CLEAN and follow state sanitary rules. They DONT.
