Same thing as that last guy said. The lady I talked to only wanted new customers, and was extremely rude to me. Didn't have time. Have no idea if it was the same person, but it really doesn't matter. I guess she had more important things to do than to have to waste her time with a long time customer with technical issues. I went across town and they were able to help me.

RUDE!!! Young kid looked at her watch 30 times while I tried to explain my issue. Want to know why this store is empty and all other cell phone stores of any brand are hopping? Yeah, that. If you HAVE to have T-Mobile, go across town to Leonardwood. OMG. And, yes, EVENTUALLY I got mad. On me? I think not, I love people and am ALWAYS nice to CSRs.
I will never ever do business with this store ever again. They fail to properly train their employees, their employees don't understand the upgrades, and special programs and stipulations, they give false information about upgrades, and bill changes. Not to mention their managers are even worse than their service. I am now facing a $820.00 bill because the store clerks failed to give us bags to turn in our old phones, and not only that but failed to explain what charges we would see on our next bill. I spent 4 and a half hours in this store because the clerk had no idea what he was doing. The manager never got back with me after several phone calls to try and let the store fix their mistake. Now I am facing a massive bill, all for something that could have been avoided from the very beginning. And the manager could care less to help solve her employees mistake, or admit to her stores wrong doings. Verizon should not associate themselves with this "Premium Wireless Retailer"
