Douglas Wheel Alignment & Tire Service

Bought a set of tires years ago; good experience. But the mechanical services are awful. We paid $1700 to have our truck gone through; they returned it with air in the brakelines. Brakes went out, truck was totalled.

I had an appointment at 8am for alignment; I waited for a half hour: no one was using the alignment bay. After complaining they finally took my car in the shop. The mechanic said I needed parts which were only available from a dealer. Google found the parts easily available anywhere.

I found them to be unfriendly, unprofessional and unknowledgeable.

Everyone down here is super nice and very professional. They won't over charge and won't try to sell you unnecessary parts. Very honest and they're work is flawless, I come here whenever I'm having brake or tire or oil trouble!

I've been doing business here for 16 years and my family has for over 30. Great service. Good mechanics. Always fair and willing to work with us. Willing to offer us advice on all our car projects whether they do the work or we do.

They Broke a TPMS sensor on my vehicle and wanted me to pay to have it repaired. I talked to the owner Tommy Douglas and he insisted that I pay to have it repaired even though I did not brake it and his service tech did. Do not do business with this place.
