Provided by SuperpagesCove Spring is a great Nature park. For people into fitness, it is very nice. The small area, called the lowland or swamp land, has a nice level trail and wooden structure great for jogging, but you may have to fight off some drunks who like to harrass people there. On wet, muddy days, you can figure the wood platform is about a tenth of a mile, so you can do laps. There is a shelter in case of rain, and if it isn't muddy, you can jog or hike the trail, ducking your head once, making a few leaps, enjoying scenery. The big park is a mountainous hill with different size hiking trails, and probably not good for jogging, as there are irregularities and ravines, but it is great for hiking. Unfortunately, some one has turned it into a maze lately, and a 3 mile hike can turn into a 10 mile hike before you realize you are going in circles, if you are new to it. The park has been pretty well run, though, so I expect this problem to be temporary. It has waterfalls and other attractions.
