Things were broken in the car while at Bob Allen Dodge. Bob Allen also returned my vehicle late. The several hundred dollar computer had to be replaced again within a year. They did terrible service and terrible work.(My friend says they messed up the transmission in their van, too)
I've got a bit of a history with this dealership. Right from the beginning, the staff there went above and beyond to help me find the car that I wanted. I'd been having problems with my vehicle (screeching while driving--it should be a crime; SOO embarrassing!) I went to Valvoline, and the techs there kept telling me that my car was fine; they blamed it on the car being cold, the rain, etc. After months of dealing with it, I went back to Valvoline, and they sent me to Midas because they suspected that it had to do with something they couldn't service. Midas sent me back to Valvoline and suggested that Valvoline didn't know what they were talking about. The going back and forth was driving me crazy! I was always told to stay away from dealerships because they "overcharge" their customers, but when I took it to Capitol Nissan, they not only identified the problem, but they found some MAJOR issues that should have been noticed by both Valvoline AND Midas. Capitol's staff was friendly and empathetic and still willing to go above and beyond to make sure that my needs and concerns were addressed. There was no "overcharging", just exceptional customer service. Those companies lost a loyal customer, and I found a place that I could trust to do the job right. If you want to save yourself the headache (and time and money), go to Capitol Nissan of Frankfort. They really are good, honest people who know what they're doing. AND, if money really is an issue, they have their own rewards card that allows you to save even more. If I could give them 10 stars, I'd do it without hesitation!
They do not answer the phones. And they should really have a website online with inventory and more information.about Capital City Car Sales.

I put a 500.00 deposit down on a boat went back in 2 weeks to pick it up. They didn't want to let me take it on the wateragainst my better judgement i told them ok let me here the motor run and i'll the 9450.00 balance , the boat would not start . I waited there 3 hours but they could not get it started i asked to get my deposit back they told me they would have to talk to the general manager and get back to me, that was almost a month ago they will not answer my phone calls . i have since bought a boat. im glad it was a 500.00 mistake and not a 10,000. mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
