Ugh the stupidity! Awful experience! Felt like I was on Candid Camera. I would leave less than one star if I could. The sales people cannot really be that dumb. I understand the previous BAD reviews now. The two girls I had to deal with really should have nothing to do with Jewelry, whether the sale or purchase of it or really probably any retail job that requires them to think. Highly do not recommend anyone going here, except if you want to leave upset and frustrated.

�DO NOT GO! DO NOT TRUST! I posted a real review on Yelp back on 3/8/2015. Now suddenly, two months later my review and ALL NEGATIVE reviews have been pulled! Why? My guess and from what I have seen and now know is that Crescent Jewelers paid and bought AD space on Yelp and flagged all their negative reviews, so they could be pulled. Must be really scumming people. Cheats, you would say. So fare warning! Do not trust all their positive reviews from their friends, workers, and/ or family. This would be one of those times you should believe the BAD over the good. Below is my original review that was posted on Yelp. The truth must hurt for them to go so far out of their way to have them or to try and have them all removed. "Disappointment after disappointment. I went several times to get Pandora charms and they never have what you want or have it in stock. This last time the girl was rude and gave me the bums rush, like she had something else better to do than to wait on customers.Besides the fact she was dressed as if I was visiting a strip club, rather than a professional jewelry store. I should of went to Jared's and eventually did. Jared's had the items and in stock, not rude, wanted my business and were professional. Please go somewhere else other than Crescent Jewelers.

This is not a place for you to take your children with. If it was not bad enough having the employee dressed as if she was selling her wares instead of jewelry, to her then not even having the smallest clue about anything to do with jewelry, she then tells me she is not a jewelry person. Then why are you working at a jewelry store, instead of some sort of club?Add to this another woman was using profanity as if it was an everyday occurrence. Then upon leaving another neighboring store to theirs, one of the employees is smoking just outside their store doors, which I thought was illegal in Illinois, to be near any business’ doors.I will not be going back and highly recommend you do not go at all.

i have bought and sold coins with them for a long time.and they have been nothing but fair

Don't waste your time with Mall Jewelry stores. This store has great selection & prices. The owner, Mr. Crescent, helped me out a lot- he is very knowledgable. Even if you can't find exactly what you want, he can make you a custom ring. I brought in a picture of a Ritani ring & was able to find exactly the same design, quality, & larger center stone for literally HALF the price! I am so happy I found this store, before getting ripped off at the mall.
