Luiz Martinez was our sales rep. Very professional, courteous and quite sociable. Being a very difficult customer when it comes to buying a car, Luiz put me in a comfortable position. Deciding on the purchase was easy. I told him what I needed for my trade. He came back with an offer I couldn't refuse. Very pleasant experience.
Great people, I have bought 5 cars there thought the years, I deal directly with the owner and he has always been fair and square with me.
BUYER BEWARE! We were immediately put off by the vibe. The dealership is in poor shape, and smelled like B.O. Sales people were texting, and looked miserable. A woman pulled up our file and reviewed the listing (they had us listed as buying it for personal use, although we made it clear it was for business purposes; that would have negatively affected the warranty). My partner asked if the rack was out; she said, "No. If you want that taken out, it will take 2 hours." We had driven two hours and confirmed 3 times with 3 people over 3 days that this could be done so we could make sure our gear fit. The manager tried to quiet us; and said, "we can't take anything out of that van unless you pay for it. Do you intend to pay for it?" We absolutely would NOT, as 1) we were NEVER told, and 2) we were either not told because none of them actually know how anything is run at their establishment, OR that we'd been lied to to scam us. It would cost $200, and we would have to make an appointment!

Again dealing with another issue with this company not only was getting the registration fixed and done but now dealing with the fact they haven't sent both trade in cars pay of checks to the banks. Now it's impacting our credit because this dealership refuses to send both front and back copies of the pay off checks. Now as customers we are trying to get front and back copies to send it in ourselves, which isn't our job it's the dealerships. The customer service desk is horrible never calls you back always comes up with an excuse. On top of that Pablo the sales rep never helps always makes excuses it's always someone else's fault it's rediculous. I recommend no one deal with this dealership the unprofessionalism is rediculous.
What a piece of garbage dealer, Daniel and David The so called Managers and the chicken salesman Gustavo Lima, first smile at you and treat you nice until you signed . there is no negotiations at all and immediately change their attitude to the agresive mode so you can sign and get out of their dealership . They delivered my vehicle and they hit the side door and when I called to complain, they acted all nasty and told me I did it, and didn't respond to my calls and came up with a BS story. I wouldn't recommend this dealer to anybody. STAY AWAY!! . unless you're ready for headaches. I'm reporting them to BBB Better Business Bureau of Massachusetts. Be Aware of this wannabe salesmen and dealership.
That would be negative stars if I could. Yuri the owner added 1100.00 to a loan I never signed for. They forgered my name lied about repairing the car. Real sh*tbags
The worst car buying experience I've ever had. It took almost 12 weeks to get my car after they took my 3,000 in cash and all the papers got signed. When I finally got the car it had no oil, the breaks made noise and the low tire pressure light was on. I complained and I was promised it would be fixed ASAP. After almost a week I was told I couldn't register it because they title was lost in the mail. They gave me a rental that was a piece a junk. I got a flat tire in January and when I went to change it I had no tire in the trunk not to mention a jack to charge it with. If your looking for customer service, honesty or a good car look someplace else.
This place is awful I got a car before it was certified an 2 months later the problems with car is still not fixed. An this is after calling them every single week. Sometimes a few times a day an get no where. I feel like just because I am a younger car buyer they feel they can walk all over me. This place isn't worth it.
Very fast and easy process. From when I walked in the door to when I left, I spent about 4 hours and drove away pleased that I got the best price for the best available car in New England. Will visit again, will buy again.
