On 6/21/17 I called at 2:45 pm to set up a ride to be at my house for 5:15. To take my son and I to Natick from Holliston. I told them that it was my 12 year old son's "achievement night" for the special need school he attends and we had to be there by 6:00pm. THEY NEVER SHOWED! And their excuse was that they had gotten busy and didn't have enough drivers. Finally after calling every 15 min to find put if someone was coming or not. It just became to late to go now that the event was over at 8:30 I had to cancel the ride it was now 7:15. Any Idea what happens to a child with Autism when they are let down like that? My son was Devastated. He was being given an award and he wasn't there to receive it! FURIOUS!!

This is a great success story about car number two which is a van last Friday. The driver helped me get loaded up and help me with my dog since he was scared riding in a crate for the first time in years. The driver help me in every which way and we finally got the dog and then drove to the United cargo area in Boston and upon looking through all my paperwork that I had received from the animal hospital they said I still needed a health certificate. We drove directly back to Framingham but there was not a veterinarian on duty so my driver suggested we use a different vet that he knew. The driver then left to get another call or two and told me to call him as soon as they took in my dog to get his health certificate. When I finished getting the health certificate he was there we raced back to the airport but since they load the bottom of the aircraft first they said we were too late. We then went to the airport dropped off may bags. I was going to wait at the United cargo until it was time for them to take my dog. I said I would just wait but he insisted he take me to a hotel since I only had a shirt and it was very cold out he then took me to the Hyatt and waited for me to ask the doorman if it was okay to bring my dog in the hotel. All this time being positive not letting me get to out-of-control insane and reassuring me that everything was going to work out. He then left and I just thought what a great guy. I'm store manager for A large Retailer based in Seattle with well over 300 people working with me I would love to have him on my team is just a great guy thank you. Deserves no stars! I called a taxi more than an hour ahead to get to a meeting b/c my car broke down called exactly at the time the cab was supposed to be here and I asked politely if they are a little behind and how much time so I could tell my boss, she told me twice watch out for the cab it'll be there any second... Waited an extra 15 minutes. I was late, good thing my boss understood. They should seriously be on top of their drivers and be more curtious.
