So, whatever you do - don't buy at Bernardi Toyota - found out a month after I bought the truck that they never properly transferred my registration over from my old vehicle.

After calling them multiple times (At least five times) asking "wheres my registration" I finally checked the registry online to find out they never registered the truck. I came very close to just returning the vehicle today and demanding a refund.

They also still owe me money for my "trade" - which just needed a title search. They originally said 7-10 days for that to come in - one month later - still waiting for it. So they basically have my old truck, with the keys, and the money that I put in escrow for the trade - and I have nothing but a promise that they will call me when title comes in.

Horrible customer service that basically had be driving illegally.
I'll never buy from here again and I am making sure that this review goes to every car site there is.
