The owner is incredibly disrespectful and is absolutely unprofessional. In an attempt to set up my new router, as they LOCKED ME OUT of the one that was currently in use, I was told they'd have to set it up on a static IP address. When mentioning that I understand networking and how to configure my router to a static IP, he got very rude and, in a very unprofessional manner, demanded I give him step by step instructions on how to do it, and when I asked to speak to a manager he says "I'm the owner!" and hangs up on me. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and their internet service isn't quite up to par either. If 0 stars was on option, they'd have it.*Update*So we called again at 9:30 Monday morning for a tech to come out, and were told they'd send someone out sometime that afternoon. We received a call early afternoon that they could have a tech out about 5:30, but she (the wife of the owner this time) also insisted that we remove this post or they will no longer service us, which I had actually offered to do if I received an apology for the attitude, to which I was told that would not happen. Needless to say, we refused to remove our honest feedback. Well, we get a call at quarter to 6 that the "techs have been rerouted to a location that will actually make us money". She also told us that the last 2 weeks we are paid up for we will receive a refund check for. Once again, extremely unprofessional and rather childish, considering that this arose from their own attitude problems. Altogether, this experience was rather unpleasant and both their attitudes distasteful, and I rate their customer service at an F-. We have a new provider scheduled to come out later this week.
My initial experience with this store was a really good one. That was a week ago last Sunday. You have since fired the awesome clerk named George and you have two wonderful girls at the counter who don't have a clue as to what they're doing because you boneheads at Sprint arent supplying these ladies with the codes and information they need to make that business even semi operational. I understand you're going through a transition, but this is the biggest irresponsible, lame brained, lazy, I just don't give a damn about the customer situation. What I'm trying to say to you boneheads is , this is not a transition, this is called Limbo. You better shape the hell up, or close the damned store. Nobody wants their time wasted, getting the runaround, receiving no answers and more over, not being able to receive products already purchased, sych as i have not! My name is Sal, and i am a perfectly unsatisfied customer. Not bcuz of any wrong doing by the ladies working that store, but by YOU Bozos at the corporate level. Get the hell into that store and make it opetational, or ylu WILL be lozing alot of business, mine included!!
Awesome staff, they we're able to help with all the questions I had. I love the fact that they're so organized and you can tell they do their research on the products they carry. I enjoyed the environment and the positive attitudes.
We had a great experience at this location. Liam and Aaris were so helpful. Because of the great service they provided as well as their product knowledge and willingness to help us choose the right phones and plan for our family, we switched our service to Sprint. Thanks again!!
I needed a screen protector for my phone so before I made the trip out to the location in fox lake, IL I called and was told they had some screen protectors in stock for my phone. So when I get there one of the employees asks me what can I help you with and I tell him I just need a screen protector. He proceeds to ask if I was the person that called earlier and I said yes. He proceeds to help me and I asked how much was the screen protector and he says $20. I was a bit shocked because I didn't realize they were that expensive I assumed they were $5 or under $10. The employee tells me that they don't have any screen protectors they only have the glass ones which are $40. I tell him I specifically called because I didn't want to make the drive if you had none in stock and you said you did. He says nothing, he doesn't apologize he proceeds to tell me again we only have the glass one. I was already annoyed the the regular one was $20 now he tell me the one he has in stock is $40. All I said was no thank you I will go somewhere else to buy one. This is the worst customer experience ever and I will never return to that location. I don't recommend them at all. I did find the screen protector at Walmart for $7 just as good quality as the one Sprint sells for $20.
