scamed me out of a new trailer and gave me a old rusty with broken parts. swiched paper work which i never received now iam stuck. reported it to BBB thinking of a class action suit if any one wants to be added let me know.

Where else do find a business that tries to please everyone all the time and if that don't please everyone all the time, THEY KEEP TRYING! and then the next day They try again, DEDICATION AND DEVOTION TO CUSTOMERS IS THEIR #1 PRIORITY.

Great Staff. Ron was excellent in assisting in everything I needed. He makes sure that entire process goes as pleasant as possible.

I love my boat and my experience at Fox Lake Harbor!The pricing was in line, we went on a test drive which was fun and informative. We are even considering renting a slip next year in their marina. This winter I can store it there and have it ready for next summer !! No more towing around my boat !

I went to several places before deciding on a boat. I love my Lund fishing boat but the personal service I received made my experience in purchasing my first boat extra special. Lee was great - he was very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to make sure I got everything I wanted without pressuring me into something I didn't. He even took me out for a spin in my new boat to make sure I loved it, knew how everything works and to make sure everything worked. There were a couple of things that needed attention and they got it done quickly and did a great job. I don't know if I'll get another boat, my Lund is such a solid boat it will likely last me a lifetime, but if I do, I'd definately go back to Fox Harbor. You won't find better customer service anywhere!

Great service, fair negotiations good pricing. We bought our boat here. When they found accessories to our (used) boat a year later from the previous owner they held them and gaveto us no charge. They could've sold them but didn't. We have been using them for service since our purchase in 2012. They are trustworthy, get the work done on time and correctly. We trust them to do our service for Summerizing, repairs, and winterizing. Dave in service is great!!

Bought a new pontoon from a boat show in March. Took delivery Memorial Day weekend and found two small punctures in the captains chair. It appears someone sat on the seat with a razor knife in their back pocket. After many phone calls and empty promises to take care of the problem. The boat is in storage, cuts still in seat. These people don't take care of small problems, shop elsewhere.
