( I am writing this for my dad) This restaurant was recommended to him by a friend. We wanted to go to the restaurant, he had checked out the reviews and had seen there was one bad review out of three. So we chose to go try the restaurant. We found the service to be good and the waiter to be very professional. When the steaks arrived at the table, my dad had noticed that his steak was a 1/4 inch on one end to a 1 1/4 inch on the other end. At this point my dad asked the waitress for the manager to come over. When the steak was shown to the manager his response was "it was probably an end cut". My dad stated that regardless, the steak should have been squared up and cut properly. The manager then offered to discount the meal and my dad told him he did not want a discounted mean. He didn't mind paying a quality price for a quality mean, he just wanted to make him aware of the product he was serving. We finished the meal, found the steaks to be very tough. In my dads opinion the restaurant would probably be a great success if they adjusted their cook time and temp making it a more tender steak. Replace the manager, he does not care about his customers and seems to be more suited for McDonalds.
