Jonathan provided my sister great service for her incorporation. He asked every question and made sure she understood her responsibilities. They are very ethical and provided a lot of value and expertise. It is great to have a firm that has your back. Jonathan offered one year of free advisement if you incorporate. Nhung handles all questions after the initial meeting with Jonathan. They answer questions quickly and cares about their customers.

been going here D T Ton & Associates for a couple of yrs. suddenly i was charge a directed deposit fee. later, i found out that they are not allowed to do that. GREEDY!!! they are taking advantage of people that don't know any better...i remember thinking what the hell..wasnt charge before and now suddenly theres a charge for it. I just said fine so I can get the hell out of there. wont be coming back this yr.

The wait is ridiculous. mr dttton johnathan comes to work whenever he wants and leaves customers wait for hours and hours. They let other people cut in front of us too!!! I wasted 3 hours of my life waiting for nothing!!!!!!!!!! F

Unprofessional, unorganized, and a waste of time....unless you are Vietnamese. Shame on me for giving them the benefit of doubt so avoid these "pros" unless you know one of them.

I had my tax filed here in 2015 and was audited, hence, had to pay back for my "contributions" that I was not aware of being inputted in my taxes. When I called to resolve the issue and seek for help, they blamed it on me, insisting that I had reported such information. I never did. I was rushed through the process and was done within 15 minutes.

Also, when I called for an appointment, I had requested for a specific person (based on the Yelp review), however, upon arrival, I was given another person.

Their fee is relatively high for individual tax (basic). Other businesses charge much less.
The owner is terrible, keep blah blah blah for hours giving you well-painted pictures but then kick you out of the door if there;s no money.
Horrible experience!

This place is horrible, I have been doing my taxes here for the last 5 years and its gotten worse every year, they over charge you and don't get the job done. I seem to lose more money every year with them and owe more money. This is the last time I use this place. On top of costing me an arm and leg to file my taxes- They told me one amount for what I owed the state - then when I go to pay online it is 160.00 more. WTF? They are worse than used car sales people.

The below letter was sent to the owner of DT Ton & Associates. Immediately he responded with a nasty email as to validate how extremely unprofessional he is!!

Dear Mr. Ton,
Had we done diligent research and talked to friends about your company and its service, we would not have wasted your valuable time! Other words, we would not come to your proud office for the service that was deceptively advertised on Vietnamese radio. As Yelp listed, all recommended reviews with 1 star -Poor; these reviews summed it all of what we experienced during the last two brief meetings with you.
With regrets, this letter requests the process of our living trust to cease. It is unfortunate to say, we'd rather bring our business elsewhere that we will be serviced with respect and creditable. The only reason we came to your company because we treasured the relationship we had with you 20 some years ago, when we purchased our first home. Not knowing, those were your dark days and we were the reason that you're haunted by that job.
We found your demeanor and services are unprofessional. For little time you spent with us, you successfully made it known that you are very busy and your precious time is valuable. Nevertheless, you sure took the time to whine and complain about little things; yet with a little of your explanation, you insisted your clients to understand at least one-hundred-page-living-trust thoroughly before coming to your office. We found the expectation is outrageous and improper.
Mr. Ton, we wish your company with much success and hope our experience with you is the only one and isolated customer dissatisfaction.

No quote was given. I was told when taxes were complete the charge was $650.00. I was shocked. I have never paid this amount. Someone needs to investigate this company and get the unreasonable charges back to the people that were overcharged. Horrible and dirty tax place.
