Mike Lic is the person I intereacted with. I bought a TV for $1000 dollars and when I opened it, it was broken. The next day I brought it back to the store to return it, they didn't let me. They said it was my fault and my family used it and broke it. Our family are pharmacists. We don't do unethical things like that. We don't have time to purposefully break it and then return it the next day. We have better stuff to do. Honestly don't come here. Go to Best Buy. It's more expensive but you actually get better service and products. Fry's a big company but they trick customers into buying broken things. I'm truly disappointed.
THE MANAGER AT THE ELECTRONIC SERVICE DEPARTMENT IN FRY'S, FOUNTAIN VALLEY IS SUPER. HE'S FANTASTIC. KIND, ATTENTIVE AND VERY HELPFUL. HIS NAME IF I'M NOT MISTAKEN IS VUTHA(NOT SURE IF I SPELLED HIS NAME CORRECTLY) BUT HE'S THE MANAGER AT THAT DEPARTMENT AND YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WHEN YOU GO TO SEE HIM ABOUT ISSUES THAT ARE RELATED TO YOUR COMPUTER.
It has been years since we shopped at Fry's and the store had the same look and feel feel from years ago. The main difference was that that it was so empty; I hope it's not a sign that they are are going are going out of business.
