I used to shop here all the time & never had any problems but the past few years service has went downhill! Everytime I go in the associates are stading around the front desk talking, they don't greet you & half the time continue their conversations with eachother while checking you out. It's rude! Customer service is seriously lacking at that store and I don't do business there anymore because of it. It's a shame too because I'd rather support a local business than have to go out of town but the last few trips were so unpleasant that I'll not go back.
