Paid extra to hang for 3 weeks, definitely never, but charged extra for it. The owner said we should receive 450 pounds of meat from our 1200 pound calf, never even received 350 pounds total. He blamed it on bone weight, but every cut of meat we received, except for the roasts, had bones in it, even found some in the hamburger. A good part of the meat was received unsealed and falling out of the package.

They do the best custom butchering around and are very well priced for doing it. I have tried many other places but prefer taking my product to them over them all.
