By far the WORST post office EVER! The customer service I have received at this place is PATHETIC, I moved across town and have had nothing but issues receiving my mail since I moved. The move was a year ago and they have yet to figure it out! I would go into the post office every other day to check for mail when we first moved for several weeks during the "transition period" and after waiting in a huge line I was lucky if I had a single piece of junk mail. One day after waiting 20 minute in line I received 1 piece of mail again and finally asked if my mail was being sent or held anywhere else because it was not normal to receive 1 or 2 pieces of mail a week when before I moved it was normal to get 3-4 pieces a day. The employees always seem put out and bothered to even have to wait on customers so I was not surprised that the woman behind the counter cut me off before I was done asking my question to tell somebody to go double check which still resulted in nothing. At this point I was irritated and insisted there was an issue somewhere because I had been waiting on a letter from my attorney, he told me over the phone that he had mailed a letter to both my old address and new address weeks prior but had not heard back and so I asked him to resend a copy after double checking the address and 2 weeks later I still had not received it and he claimed it was never returned to him. Funny that before my move I was able to get all mail from him. After months of being in my new (May 2016) home I began to receive mail dated and post marked back to Jan and Feb 2016 which was when I was going in person to pick up my mail. My daughters tribe sent out 2 gift cards valued at $125 each in August 2016 and as of Dec 2016 we still have yet to get them and the tribe confirmed they have not been retured to them. I only gave them 1 star because in order to review I had to at least give 1, if I had it my way I would give -10 stars! This place needs an entirely new staff!
