Fix it Fast on Hulen St. is the best! They are knowledgeable and friendly. I have taken in THREE different phones. (I know...sad!) the last one my son tried to fix and lost screw and eventually the home key. Each time I was promptly served at a reasonable rate! Don't go to the mall or some no name spot.
My husband bought me a phone from the Cricket Wireless Store at 6248 Rufe Snow, NRH, Tx on Christmas eve. The speaker immediately did not work when making calls out. As it was a busy week, we had to wait for the weekend to return the phone. When we took the phone back to the retailer to get a replacement new phone the store manager, Lydia, would not do it. She said we were TWO HOURS past the 7 day return policy. We had purchased it on Saturday at 2:00 and because we did not return it by 2:00 on the last day of the return, they would not honor it. It was 4:00. We asked to speak with the owner and she refused to give his name. We spent three hours in the store. She said that if she gave me a new one, the store and she herself personally, would be out the money. She looked confused when I said I was out the money because she sold us a broken phone. She said, "we didn't know it was broken when we sold it to you", and I responded, " I didn't come to the store to buy a broken phone either." To this day, they will not honor the return policy or offer a store owner name to address the problem. Cricket is also unresponsive...and I still have a broken phone. I guess it's more important for them to keep the 350.00 they make off of a new phone than to offer good customer service.
All I can say is go to this business at your own risk. Have absolutely no integrity in what they tell you regarding products and turn around time. In search of clarity & answers by calling their corporate Office and asking to speak to someone that handles The district. The receptionist gives the message to the store manager, who you have already spoke with & has no better answers & you get more of the same this is ridiculous .Save yourself The hassle and inconvenience and use A corporate phone location.
This metro location is my home store.every time i come inside the staff is pleasant nice and nows their job and carlos and viancy has perfect customer service.
THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE!! They messed up my 5yr old sons iPad and keep telling me it's the screen to just take it bk!! That would be my 4th time driving there! If you don't want your stuff F'D up then don't tk it there. All I wanted was for them to let me tk it to Apple so they could see what was wrong with it they will not offer for at least paying to figure out the problem. I will be taking them to small claims court. This isn't the way you do business.
We sent in phone for repair and were told it is not under warranty. Ok so send broken device back to us, (per phone and email instructions) well they took it upon themselves to fix it and won't return phone to us. They do not return calls and refuse to settle the situation
This place is amazing! I recommend them to anyone who needs a phone or a charger or repair. I have been going there for years but today they absolutely saved me! The young man that works there is awesome!
