I bought a truck from them and I've had to do more work on it than I should have. The work that was suppose to have been done wasn't. Over $600 and more to be done. So take it to a mechanic before you buy from them.

The guy who contacted me was very helpful. Not pushy, arrogant, and condescending.
This was my first time buying a car on my own. I had my cousin with me (who knew nothing about cars) so keep in mind my nerves were out the roof. The sales reps were happy to answer all my questions. After 2 hours I left with a black Silverado. I drove it so much I had to fill up gas the next morning
I was so Satisfied in going to Jeno Autoplex driving all the way from Austin to Purchase a Car. The Sales Representative Tony Terrell answered the questions and I valued his Honesty. I was looking to buy a cash car and with his help I was able to get Financing and bought a 2011 Nissan Maxima.. I am so excited to have met a person that can related on people that have credit challenges. Thanks so Much..

Thanks guys for an overall good experience for a noobie car buyer.
I can't speak for the dealership, but can for the quality of salesmen they'll employ. Chad Jones is a salesman at Neal. I've worked with Chad personally at an independent business. We were all close friends. Money started coming up missing & the owner caught Chad stealing it. Once he was caught, he tried to lie his way out of it. When he couldn't lie his way out, he went on a campaign to spin the situation to make himself out to be the victim. Smearing the owner & myself. If Chad would do that to close friends, what would he do to a total stranger looking to buy a used car from him? If you're thinking of buying a car from Neal, I would recommend working with a different salesman.
my boy tony got me into the car ive been wanting! this is the second car ive bought from this dealer and I had nothing but good experiences each time ive bought a car. good customer service and excellent cars! make sure to go see tony and he'll get you hooked up!
Beware! Car we test drove had lots of band-aid fixes (glued-on parts, really?). On top of that, we lost our $200 hold deposit when we decided to buy a much better car at a much better price from a different dealer the next day. After months of hassle, the credit card company ruled in their favor even though our deposit receipt clearly did not say non-refundable. They claimed they lost money because they put new tires on the car (we had no such agreement) and that they lost business even though CarFax shows the car was sold 10 days later.
Martin and Pete set me up with a very good deal. They were very professional and made getting a car easy.
