After owning 3 Hooks Lincoln Navigators, they have lost my business. I had a defect come up on the sidewall of my Perrelli tire with less than 18,000 miles. Both service, who told me I must have hit something, and Curtis the Sales Manager said sorry but I was out of luck. I guess customer servi…

Just bought our second car in three months from Roger at Sewell Infiniti FTW. The buying experience it like none other! There's none of the "salesman tricks" that you see at all the other dealerships! They go above and beyond to make the experience easy, pleasant and to build repeat cu…

From Business: The Sewell Family of Dealerships is just that - a family. And a remarkably functional one, at that. The secret is in how we treat others (and each other). We don't view ourselves as a car business so much as a service business. That's why generations of people have worked here, and even generations of customers have bought…

I just purchased my second vehicle from Align. The first was a 2009 Altima. All good. I just finished the deal on a new 2016 Jeep and am loving it. Brad was great and very helpful. Will definitely refer everyone to Align in the future.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I came in with over 15,000 cash and 2 cars to trade and they were absolutely unwilling to deal on their price at all. They brought one car down 700 dollars and the other car they refused to budge on any price. They kept giving me the runaround with, "…

We have been buying cars from here for many years. We just recently got into our 8th vehicle from Jorge and have referred many people here. We are always greeted with a smile and been very happy with our experience.

they sold my daughter a car that they had put stop leak in to cover up a blown head.....then after getting her $700 downpayment, they told her there was nothing they could do unless she wanted to pay an additional $1500 for a new engine.
Just bought a Jeep ready for my road trip in a couple of months
The guy who contacted me was very helpful. Not pushy, arrogant, and condescending.
This was my first time buying a car on my own. I had my cousin with me (who knew nothing about cars) so keep in mind my nerves were out the roof. The sales reps were happy to answer all my questions. After 2 hours I left with a black Silverado. I drove it so much I had to fill up gas the next morning
I was so Satisfied in going to Jeno Autoplex driving all the way from Austin to Purchase a Car. The Sales Representative Tony Terrell answered the questions and I valued his Honesty. I was looking to buy a cash car and with his help I was able to get Financing and bought a 2011 Nissan Maxima.. I am so excited to have met a person that can related on people that have credit challenges. Thanks so Much..
great place very family oriented, Kamaran is a great guy and so is Daniel the f and I dude
Thanks guys for an overall good experience for a noobie car buyer.
I can't speak for the dealership, but can for the quality of salesmen they'll employ. Chad Jones is a salesman at Neal. I've worked with Chad personally at an independent business. We were all close friends. Money started coming up missing & the owner caught Chad stealing it. Once he was caught, he tried to lie his way out of it. When he couldn't lie his way out, he went on a campaign to spin the situation to make himself out to be the victim. Smearing the owner & myself. If Chad would do that to close friends, what would he do to a total stranger looking to buy a used car from him? If you're thinking of buying a car from Neal, I would recommend working with a different salesman.
my boy tony got me into the car ive been wanting! this is the second car ive bought from this dealer and I had nothing but good experiences each time ive bought a car. good customer service and excellent cars! make sure to go see tony and he'll get you hooked up!
Beware! Car we test drove had lots of band-aid fixes (glued-on parts, really?). On top of that, we lost our $200 hold deposit when we decided to buy a much better car at a much better price from a different dealer the next day. After months of hassle, the credit card company ruled in their favor even though our deposit receipt clearly did not say non-refundable. They claimed they lost money because they put new tires on the car (we had no such agreement) and that they lost business even though CarFax shows the car was sold 10 days later.
