The WORST experience I’ve ever had. My car needed to be towed in the middle of summer at around 10 pm. When they were first going to be sent out by Nationwide, they said it would be ~90 minutes. Fast forward two hours we’re still waiting. They said our driver had picked up a different job and would be about 30 minutes our. 30 minutes later and they’re story is TOTALLY different. This time it’s that the driver got lost. These were messages we were getting from our insurance company who was contacting A&A, but every time we called for an update we were sent to voicemail... I will NEVER even attempt to do business with them again and I didn’t even get my car towed...
This whole business is a sham!!! After they responded to my roadside call, they totally wasted my time and screwed me over by telling me their mechanic could repair my vehicle and have me back on the road. Then, I had to await their flawed actions over night and half of the next day. I was charged $700 to repair my fuel pump. The underhanded owner, Andy Hamed, had me write him a personal check and didn't give me a receipt. As it turned out, my vehicle wasn't fully repaired and had a cable hanging from the rear for 185 miles until I completed the first leg of my trip. Once I returned to South Dakota from Texas, I had to address the same problem which they didn't fully repair costing me another $500.00. I contacted the owner and he promised to pay for the additional repair charges because his mechanic "messed up." Now, over four months later, the owner continues to lie about repaying me and dodges my phone calls to his cell and office - even having his receptionist lie for him saying he's not there when he really is in the office. He won't return my calls or texts but did so in the beginning of this debacle. What a liar and disgrace to his business, his Muslim faith/race, and businessmen everywhere!!!! I will keep trying to get him to keep his promise until the day I die!!I recommend everyone STAY AWAY and boycott this sad excuse for a roadside assist business which is actually a front to gouge unsuspecting travelers out of their money!!!!!!I'm totally disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A disaster , worst in life experienced, rude, purposely misleading, refused to even allow me to retrieve my personal property such as social security card, other legal documents and mail in my name, medicine after several trips to no avail as they kept changing/adding more requirements to receive even my personal property, clothes, work tools, after showing title signed over in my name, photo I'd, insurance, notarized copy from a legal notary, written and signed bill of sale. They then said I had to get a copy of previous owners drivers license! OMG
I have never had a worse experience with a company of any kind. They told me they didn’t want to take my car all the way to Waxahachie from Fort Worth on Wednesday night, they said instead they would store it overnight then I would be delivered at 9am on Thursday. Come 2pm on Thursday my car had not been dropped off so I called and the woman told me it would be on its way within the hour. At 4:30 I called again and my car had still not even left the lot and the woman told me I was calling them too much and they would call when they dropped it off. At 6:40 pm my car was finally dropped of at the dealership, I only know this because I called them again they did not call me as promised. I went to the dealership immediately to check my car and there is a huge fresh scratch on the front and dents coving the front of me hood.

Es un servicio, desgraciadamente super malo.....no lo recomiendo!!!!!!!!!!!Estoy pagando,.por supuestamente un buen biaje..y salen conque si no quiere , puede bajarse. Cuando yo ya pague.........Siempre dicen que el baje es directo. Y ya cuando bas en camino, resulta que no. Se tienen que desviar a otra ciudad...y luego que a bajen sus maletas xq cambiaremos de autobús y te suben al peor al más biejito que puedan tener..........QUE ORROR ES ESTA LÍNEA DE AUTOBUSES.NO LO RECOMIENDO........
Hey Jay R...We have no clue who you even are!!! You have never worked for our company, and we have NEVER EVER not paid our driver! As far as over-working our drivers, they are owner ops, book their own freight, and enjoy 90% pay!!!!!
DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY OR CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH TONY OR ANYONE AFFILIATED THEY WILL OVER WORK YOU AND MAKE PROMISES THEY CANT KEEP AND YOU WILL NOT GET PAID..... STAY AWAYYYY.....
Worse busline ever their drivers fall asleep at the wheel causing accidents hurting people and stealing from people don't trust this company they are not worth it
