Not even worthy of 1 star.Worst customer service I have ever received ANYWHERE!! They girls they have working here are rude and don’t seem to know what they are talking about. If you ask them a question that wasn’t part of the script they seem to have memorized they give you the "deer in the head lights" look. One of the girls actually told me to go down the street to the other salon b/c they were cheaper! HA what a joke. I did go and they were cheaper, friendlier and the salon was cleaner. Texas tan will not get my $$.... EVER!
I've been tanning here for about 6 months. It's the best tanning salon I've ever tanned at! It's the biggest salon I've ever seen in my life and the beds look like spaceships. Customer service is excellent! They seem to know everyones name which is a nice change. I would def recommend Mega Tan!
I will never go to another Planet Tan thanks to the employees at this site. I signed up in January for their monthly tanning service and was told that if I cancelled by the 25th of the previous month I wouldn't be charged. So on February 24th I cancelled and was given no paper work but wasn't worried about it because I honestly didn't think they'd screw me over. Well when the first of March rolled around I was out of town and didn't check my account, but on the second I realized that they had charged me, so I called the store and talked with a guy. He told me that I did NOT cancel on the 24th, but that I cancelled on the first, which was not true. I told him there was no way that I was even in the store that day because I was out of town, but he wasn't hearing it. He got such an attitude with me and was of no help. He told me in a snotty challenging tone "Well, I can check the cameras." I told him yes I wanted him to indeed check the camera, and then he said "No, no. That take too much time. I left a not for the manager to call you back in the morning." The next morning, I called her and supposedly there was no note, so I explained my situation. I was expecting the manager to be someone older and more mature, but this was not the case. In fact, she was giving me the same snotty attitude and the other employee had. I asked her to check the cameras and she out right refused to help me. She basically told me she was too busy for me and told me to just call corporate. So instead of taking two minutes to help me, when I was planning on signing up again this summer, she blew me off and refused to help me figure out the situation. I don't like being called a liar and on top of it they wouldn't even bother looking to see if it was true or not. This is my worst experience with ANY business ever.
