Went 4/5/18. The food was in small portions, example, ordered French Fries & they came in a tiny bowl. Had to ask waiter for several things, & when he returned (which was awhile) he only brought 1/2 of it. It took forever to get drinks & refills. We had to re-order food that was forgotten. I did not enjoy the new place. I liked the old place much better. Food was great at the old place. Also, when we arrived they were not busy. Poor service!!! We had to ask another waitress to find our waiter to get the ticket, we gave him plenty of time to return with our ticket. We were there for 2 hrs. I’m just totally shocked at what we experienced. I have never left a review before, but I felt it was important to share. We spent A LOT of money that night & walked away so disappointed. What has happened???
I know, I know you are like Great Hamburger this is a cajun place. I love some of their cajun dishes, but the Hamburger here beats most of the places that specialize in burgers....Try it will make you a believer!
I went there 3 times and all 3 times were horrible!1 St time) It took me literally 1.5 hours to get my food after I ordered. I talked to the manager and was told my ticket dropped but coincidentally so did 2 other tables by me. The only compensation I got was $3.00 ofg.2nd Time) My order was bur…
I always get a table pretty quickly. Of course, day's like these that's pretty normal now, but always in the past I've been seated fast. the food is always been good. Not alot of change but always GOOD.
It's all good. The crawfish platter gives you a little bit of everything that's good about crawfish and cajun food. Heads up, though. The Rattoes appetizer is seriously spicy. A lot of restaurants use very mild jalapenos scraped clean of seeds when they make a stuffed jalapeno appetizer. Razzoo'…

If I could give this restaurant a no star, I would! Please be aware, that they cook all of their meat in the same fryer, in which they did not tell me. I am alegeric to shellfish and they use the same oil to fry their fish and they did not tell me! I had an alegeric reaction and they did not com…
Poor service skills. Long waits because they don't turn tables. Very unorganized, poor management!
This restaurant is in the stockyards, therefore you should expect a authentic real Texas style cowboy restaurant; and that's what this is. This is where you go when you're wearing your cowboy duds. It has a jukebox so bring a lot of quarters. You sit at the table with the checkered tablecloth and you order from the menu Texas style dishes and they taste very good. You sit around and talk with your friends. You get a large glass of soda. Real Cowboys and ranchers may be eating all around you. A few might be eating at the counter It's that Texas cowboy feel, the real authentic thing that the star café has and it's situated in the historic Fort Worth Texas stockyards!
I normally don't do reviews but this place deserves the effort to share my experience. When we first walked in and looked at the menu, we question if we wanted to stay for lunch. But WOW! We are so glad we did. The food was outstanding. There were six of us, all selecting different dishes. Everyone throughly enjoyed what they ordered. The menu does not adequately convey what you get or how good it is. And the side dishes are as gourmet as any fine restaurant. The roasted vegetables and what they called cream corn, which was actually roasted corn off the cob, along with their steamed sautéed string beans, were not only delicious, there was plenty to share. You order and pay at a counter when you walk in, then seat yourself in two rooms of tables. You also serve yourself ice and beverages. But once you sit down, a very nice gentleman brings your food and replenishes your water.Highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice lunch at the Fort Worth Stockyards.
If you happen to visit this coffee shop, make sure to ask for their bestseller for the month. I'm sure that you'll not get disappointed with what you'll get.
When I first went there I was amazed. The prices are are a little to high but worth it. Now I need to try there dinner menu. Breakfast is off the chain.
The customer service is fantastic! Debbie called me first thing in the morning the day after I placed my order to ensure the address was correct for an on time Christmas delivery. I will definitely purchase coffee from here again.
Fun place for burgers, beer and music. I love the Fred's burger and fries and the enclosed patio with live band makes a great Saturday afternoon!!
I have given the Flying Cadrpet Cafe several chances now, and each time the service was atrocious. I can't imagine why this place is still operating. The GM and chef, Devon Doyle, is the worst. Just try complaining to her about the food. She will argue with you and treat you like some homeless person that should be greatful for getting a meal. Quite frankly, she is hateful and rude and will eventually run the customers away for good. I will defiantly be telling everyone I can about my multiple bad experiences with this restaurant. I'm not sure if I'm the first to come forward or not, but surely I won't be the last. I will not be going back and even had my other groupon vouchers refunded!
Always a good time at the Apple to be had! No matter if its family day or Parents Night out. We head for the Apple. I agree the service is great the owners are too. The drinks are cold and environment is HOT! Everyone is just there to have a good time and that makes all the difference. There are places closer to home we could go to, but they dont come close to measuring up to the Apple.
