I worked for this company in the West Texas division. I met a lot of hard working individuals, the majority of the field supervisors were really cool, humble and down-to-earth guys. Now some of the crew leaders that I worked with really abused the little power that was given to them. They really took advantage of the new workers. Testing them to do all the heavy lifting and putting them in very dangerous situations. There is a huge lack of communication out the field and a lot of favoritism. Doing twenty four hour rig ups and rig downs with no food and very little water. With eight individuals that are out in the field and only three are working while they yell at the young new guys to do all the hard manual labor. This company is very unorganized, abusive and very misleading. It was by far the worst work experience I have experienced and witnessed.
