The past few years living in the neighborhood my experience with church's chicken has been great until the past 2 trips. New employees, service changes dramatically!!!!!!! Same story... The lady inside Maria cuts me off in the middle of my order at the drive thru speaker and tells me to pull forward, only to find a car sitting ahead of me. Waiting there for 20 mins i go inside. I then get told by Maria, it will be a minute. 10 mins go by and i ask if she would like to take my complete order. I tell her i was in the drive thru and she tries to ring it up. I tell her no no you cut me off in the middle of my order, all you have is my sides!!!! Won't be back to CC, the nearest location around would be on Lackland and that was needs to be inspected by the Health Dept. Thanks yall. Yall have good food but the lack of prompt service made this customer leave.

Really wanted a plate of vegetables, but settled on a spinach salad because of the proximity to work (Meacham Blvd, Ft Worth store). NEVER AGAIN. First, I didn't notice until they were bagging it, but the 'salad bowl' has shrunk considerably since the last time I purchased a salad: at least by 30%. On top of that, the smaller bowl was barely 1/3 full!!! Yet, the price hasn't decreased a penny. Next time I want vegetables I'm going across the street to Cracker Barrel and getting my money's worth of what I originally wanted.
Service was very slow but the food was fresh and hot. The Chicken Tortilla Soup needed more broth in it I thought but then I like a lot of broth in my soup. Lol
I ordered some chicken on my way home from work around 8pm and as soon as I ate it I became violently ill and vomited it all back up. This is the first time I have ever tried Ck Express and the last! stay away from this location because there was definitely something wrong with the chicken or the way it was cooked! Terrible experience.
The customer service was very awful the employees a very rude. I tried to place my order in the drive thru and the lady in the Drive-Thru was very rude and argumentative so I went on the inside and got the same treatment. I honestly changed my mind about eating at the store because they were already in a bad mood and I did not I want to upset them more I honestly felt like they would have done something to my food if I would have went ahead and placed my order. I will not be coming back to this Long John Silver's and I wouldn't recommend anybody else to come over here.
