Went there before Christmas 12/21/17with group from work, restaurant was empty and we were given large table, had few extra people show up. Hostess Ashley wanted us to separate to different tables stated it was a safety hazard to have people on end of table. When asked her if we could rearrange …

I've eaten at the original Uno's in Chicago and the deep dish they serve at this Uno's is pretty close in my opinion. I like it. Everyone I've taken to Uno's in Fort Worth has enjoyed the food.
I had 20% off coupon. The waitress took my order and someone else brought my food except dessert. Never saw the waitress again until I finished and she came to ask if I wanted check. I said no, I wanted my dessert and that's when she said they were out. I didn't like the way she spoke to me. I paid, tipped and left. Later realized she didn't give me my 20% discount.
So good & so awesome food is so good
Great PIZZA PLACE and cozy nice atmosphere
Great service and great food
I would of given negative 5 stars if it was possible. This place absolutely sucks! We went there on June 30th. At about 530. They were a little busy being that it was half priced cheesecake but I never been treated so horrible. We never got refills on our sodas. My daughter ordered a pork chop plate and it has hair in it. We sent it back to get another one and it took 45 minutes to get hers back to the table. We ordered about 10 slices of cheesecake to take it home with us and the lady brought all of them to the table on plates with forks... why in the world would she think that a party of 4 would want 20 slices of cheesecake? Our appetizer was cold and the waitress acted like it was some big problem to go reheat it for us. I won't be back to this Cheesecake Factory location again!! There are too many good places to eat in down town Fort Worth that you shouldn't waste your time and money there. I can go on and on about several issues we had with this place but I'm not. And at the end of the night I still had to pay close to 100$ for crap!!!! If you feel like just throwing money away then go. But if you want to have a enjoyable meal with your family then I'd suggest staying the hell away from this place!!!!
The two previous stellar reviews certainly must have been written by the managers. As we ascended steps to the landing in front of the entry door, I started having doubts. The steps and landing were clearly stained due to dirt. Looks like they had never been cleaned and the exterior in general was trashy. That feeling continued as we were escorted to our table which we wiped down with handy wipes. To my surprise the salad, which customers used to consistently complement, was terrible. I had shrimp scampi, crap. I'm 6'2" , 230# and not a particular person regarding food. Fix it Ill eat it. As I was about to finish my last bite, my gut started rolling. I covered my mouth with a napkin and headed for the restroom! I heard olive garden had gone through an upgrade program. I won't ever even consider entry to another olive garden! NEVER! There are way too many restaurants wanting my business, and lots of them that deserve it!
We've been going to this Olive Garden for several years now. The service is always fantastic and the food is always delicious.

I constantly give this chili's chance after chance, but every time I visit, my food takes forever to be served and always comes out cold. Never fails. Tables are always open, yet people are still waiting to be seated. Terrible place.
