My husbands appointment was at 1:00. Finally at 1:50 I went to the front desk to ask if he was next or did they forget about him. The lady upfront told me she was about to call him back. At 2:07, they finally called him back. In case you need help... this is a 67 minute wait.My problem is that we made an appointment time for a reason. What has happen to our medical field?? Nowadays, it seems like every where you go, your are expected to wait at least one hour for your scheduled appointment!! I feel like this is a lack of respect for the people that keep you in business.
Worst experience at any medical office ever. Incorrectly collected payment in full, said that's what our insurance told them. Spoke w/Ericka the Office Manager to let her know that insurance pays 100% on imaging without the deductible, as verified with the insurance company. She of course took no responsibility to verifying the ins, just said that's what they told us. Well if you've been in the medical field very long you know what questions to ask when verifying insurance, and if your looking at the insurance website, it clearly shows what procedures do NOT apply to the deductible. Basically Ericka said to bad, we would have to wait until insurance pays to see what they do. I've called ins and they paid the claim over a week ago, they paid 100% of the charge and it was EFT put in facility bank. However, when I call today, they dont have the payment posted yet, so I cant get a refund. Refund needed to help with the co-payment for surgery next week. Advice do your job right, it is your responsibility to employee people that know what they are doing and can verify ins correctly, or that care to do so.
What a great place to have an MRI Isabell, Gabby and Lupe were super sweet and the mri tech made sure I was comfortable and was super professional ....
got me in quick and in a timely manner. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. if i ever need another MRI i will come here definitely.
Went to get a MRI done they took 2 hours to get me back. Gabby was disrespectful and rushing me to finish my paperwork and it still took me 2 hours to get done. I called disappointed and upset didn't mention it while in the office because of Gabby's attitude, spoke with a lady named Victoria on the phone she was such a sweetheart she apologized and sent me a gift card. Other then Victoria hearing me out about being upset, I should have never waited 2 hours and that was after my paperwork being rushed.
Greatest MRI experience ever. The staff was friendly and compassionate to my needs. Plus they are the only ones with a 3 Tesla MRI scanner and cost half the price of other companies.
Appointment set, doesn't matter. They ran 2 hours behind and the excuse was there were 4 walk ins. I have had several MRIs between my family and never waited like this. They don't care about your time.
I went into midtown to get an MRI of my knee. From the time arrived until I left it was 2 hours. I have had other MRI's and the sound has always been a clicking sound. For whatever reason, the sound was so loud, I thought my ears were going to burst and I had earphones on my ears for music. After the MRI I questioned the person that positioned me and she tried to tell me that the noise level was approved by FDA whether I wore their ear plugs or earphones and thank you coming. She was a robot of a person. She never looked me in the eyes and hurried me away. I am a nurse and her professionalism was very cold indeed. I would never have an MRI at this facility again.
Went here for an appointment at 1:30. When I got there, they said they were still waiting on my insurance to approve. I asked them why they didn't call me and tell me this before I drove over there. They had no answer for me. My appointment was at 1:30 but when I called a week before, the lady said that it was at 1. After I left, I called a different location because I didn't want to go back to a place that was so rude. The new location said that the old location had canceled my order all together and said that I denied the MRI. Don't go here. Incompetent employees and rude people.
I was going to have to cancel my appt originally due to lack of funds however when I called to cancel she offered me their discount program due to my income and a few other qualifying criteria. I ended up getting the whole thing done at no charge to me! I couldn't believe it! I'm so glad that touchstone imaging understands that I'm just an everyday person. I live paycheck to paycheck but this was something that HAD to be taken care of. They also were extremely nice to me while I was there. I'm very grateful for this opportunity.
