Looked at a truck at the showroom, test drove, looked it over carefully for my son before it was bought and shipped to Arizona. When it got to AZ, there was a scrape on the fender and it was leaking oil all over the place. Called and got nowhere. Now no one wants to be responsible. Was it hot-rodded before shipment? Was the oil leaks hidden somehow? I don't know, just know I paid top dollar for this truck and am getting screwed. Buyer beware!

Came in for a oil change and was approached by Tyler who came and talked me into trading out into a new Giulia for the same payment!!! He was able to make it happen within 2 hours. Down right amazing!!!
Tyler provided an amazing experience for me and my husband!! We ended up purchasing 2 vehicles from him within a 3 day period.
I bought a truck from them and I've had to do more work on it than I should have. The work that was suppose to have been done wasn't. Over $600 and more to be done. So take it to a mechanic before you buy from them.
Very great experience, I definitely recommend Tyler at Alfa Romeo Fiat of Fort Worth! Referred my family and friends to him as well!
Ray and Q did awesome!! I can’t beleive how simple of a process this was, I couldn’t be more happy. Definitely going back!
The guy who contacted me was very helpful. Not pushy, arrogant, and condescending.
Terrible customer service. I called about a truck. He assured me it was running and had no issues. He also said it would make it an hour home. We got there and it wouldn't even start and was full of junk with 300,000 miles instead of 200,000 like he stated. He told us to go grab food and in 30 minutes he'd have the starter changed out and it would be running. After 45 minutes we went back after not hearing from him. He was standing there talking and said he changed the starter but it still isn't working. Very inconsiderate of other people and their time. Poor ownership.
This was my first time buying a car on my own. I had my cousin with me (who knew nothing about cars) so keep in mind my nerves were out the roof. The sales reps were happy to answer all my questions. After 2 hours I left with a black Silverado. I drove it so much I had to fill up gas the next morning
Went to Alfa Romeo Fiat of Fort Worth and saw some nice trucks! Ray helped me get just te one I wanted! I’m riding clean now! Thanks Ray!
